Terms of Service

Creating an account or using Poise means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.

Poise puts customer email and website chat in one inbox your team works from, with the sender's past tickets beside the message. Its AI features summarize a conversation, find related context, classify it, and draft a reply. A person reviews and sends.

The website chat widget is the exception: a workspace can let AI answer visitors directly and hand the conversation to a person when it cannot help. Turning that on is the workspace's choice, and the workspace stays responsible for what goes out.

You need an account to use Poise. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and write to support@poise.so if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

A workspace owner decides who else joins the workspace and what they can see.

Poise is early. We add features, change them, and remove them. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not offer a service level agreement.

Your workspace keeps everything it puts into Poise: messages, customer records, files, and knowledge base articles. You give us the permission we need to store that content, process it, and show it to the people in your workspace, so the service can run. That permission ends when the content is deleted.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

Do not use Poise to:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• send unsolicited bulk email;
• store or send malware;
• reverse engineer the service, or work around its limits and access rules;
• interfere with the service for anyone else.

AI output can be wrong. Treat a summary, a suggestion, or a draft as a starting point and check it before it reaches a customer. Your workspace stays responsible for what it sends.

Connecting your own email domain, a Google account, or another service means that provider's terms apply to that part as well. We are not responsible for what those services do or for changes they make.

Poise is a paid product. A new workspace begins with a free trial of 14 days, and no payment details are needed to start one. Keeping the workspace past the trial requires a paid subscription.

Before you subscribe we show what a subscription costs, what it includes, and how often it is billed. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

You can stop using Poise at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@poise.so.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Poise is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Poise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the day the current version took effect. Using Poise after a change means you accept the new version.
